Manish K Singh, M.D.

Manish K Singh, M.D. is a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon practicing in the Greater New Orleans area. He completed his Neurosurgery residency at Tulane University in New Orleans. Following his Neurosurgery training, he did his fellowship in Complex Spine Surgery/Adult Spine Deformity at University of Virginia, where he trained under a world-renowned spine surgeon, Christopher Shaffrey, MD.

After completing his fellowship, Dr. Singh came back to New Orleans and worked at Tulane Medical Center as an Assistant Professor in Neurosurgery and Co-Director of the Spine Center. During his time at Tulane, he was actively involved in clinical activities and resident training. He has authored and co-authored several medical articles and book chapters. He is a member of multiple national and state medical societies including American Association of Neurological surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Medical Association, and Louisiana Neurosurgical Society. Dr. Singh is a Diplomate of American Board of Neurological Surgery.

His expertise is in all areas of spine surgery and general neurosurgery with special emphasis on complex spine, revision spine surgery, and minimally invasive spine surgery. His clinical interests include minimally invasive spine surgery, adult spine deformity correction, spine tumors, spine trauma, peripheral nerve disorders, and general neurosurgery. He prides himself in providing excellent and passionate care to his patients.
