Why a Second Opinion?
Why a Second Opinion?
Sometimes patients question their Physician’s diagnosis or treatment protocol, i.e., choosing conservative therapy that may not be effective, or maybe being offered surgery when it isn’t medically indicated. Or maybe the patient has questions or concerns that aren’t being adequately addressed. It is reasonable and many times prudent to seek a second opinion from a respected physician, to agree or disagree with the original physician’s assessment.
